TransCare of Kentucky provides ambulance transportation and emergency Paramedic services 24 hours a day, 7 days per week to several Northern Kentucky counties.
TransCare’s Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and Paramedics serve more than 328,000 residents plus others who work in and travel through Northern Kentucky.

TransCare Notice of Privacy Practices
TransCare was created in February 1998 when the staff and assets of Saint Elizabeth Advanced Life Support and Saint Luke Grant County Ambulance were merged. The newly-formed organization then purchased the EMS assets of Northern Kentucky Emergency Medical Services (NKEMS) and hired much of the NKEMS staff.
Today, TransCare is a 5013C non profit organization jointly owned by Saint Elizabeth Medical Center and the Saint Luke Hospitals (Greater Cincinnati Health Alliance).
